SpringBoard Information: SpringBoard10
I am getting very excited about Springboard. On Friday there will be a happy hour, where I hope to meet new people and do some networking. Of course it is a bit out of my comfort zone to go and not know anyone, but I have realized the best things happen when you go out of your comfort zone.
After happy hour there will be a speak up/ write up/ debate, which I hear so much about. Then the ID activity and Shot competition come next (oh my…what is this?).
The Presidents to Presidents meeting is at 9am the next morning. I have been a little more involved with CT presidents recently and I hope to really gain a lot from the advice they have to offer. I am also pumped because the Vice President of the US Jaycees will be attending.
There is a lot in store that I am a bit unsure about – but this is how I will grow as a person- branch out into the unknown. I hope to bring valuable information from this event and apply it to the Milford chapter.
