“Passion is an intense emotion compelling feeling, enthusiasm, or desire for something.” ~ Wikipedia

Most people have a passion for SOMETHING. Step back and think about what your passion is for one second. Consider for one second what it would be like to live out your passion day in and day out of your life. Now, how often is this passion in your life? Everyday? Once a Week? Once a Year?
If your answer wasn’t everyday….then maybe you should consider a change. We tend to live life doing things that we are content with, merely satisfied with, or even don’t like at all….what fun is that? The easiest, most direct way to incorporate your passion is to make it your career. Here are some reasons that you might be stuck in a career or lifestyle that is not your passion:
- Following your passion would require a pay cut or an expense
- You are afraid to change
- You don’t know how to make the change
- You would rather stick with a stable lifestyle that you know is ok, than risk seeking your passion
- You are comfortable
Here is why none of the above will be an issue:
If you have ultimate desire for something, your enthusiasm will drive you to succeed
Here is why you should take the risk:
1. You will benefit
- You will be truly happy with your life everyday
- Your passion will come through in your work and you will have an ultimate sense of achievement
- Your life will fall into place around your passion
2. The world will benefit
- Imagine the kind of world we would be living in if everyone pursued his or her passion
- The enthusiasm you bring to your work will spread to others (It’s contagious!)
